A Monster's Mission Fund supports the needs of families who have had children diagnosed with cancer including, but not limited to, medical expenses, monthly bills, groceries, education and awareness.



When a child is diagnosed with cancer, a family’s life as they know it comes to an abrupt halt. Unfortunately, their monthly expenses do not. That’s where we come in. We’re Angels Among Us, and we provide financial support to families battling pediatric cancer.

The Brian Duensing Foundation is dedicated to providing hope and support to families battling cancer or serious illness. This is accomplished by increasing awareness and by raising funds to support in two main areas: (1) research to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment; (2) outreach projects specifically designed to ease the emotional, financial and spiritual burdens endured by families facing these diseases.

Camp CoHoLo's mission is to serve children between the ages of 6 and 17 who are impacted by cancer or blood disorders. Campers include children undergoing therapy and those who have completed treatment.

Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. By offering innovative, fun-­filled programs that foster a lasting community, we aim to ensure that every child impacted by a parent’s cancer is never alone.

Serving children with cancer and their families through five days of unique summer camping, special events, and support at no cost to the family.

The Child Health Research Institute aims to fund and support research that advances knowledge about childhood health and diseases.

It is a collaboration between Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Our mission is to promote research in pediatric health, consolidate research in pediatric disease, and provide resources to faculty investigators.


The Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation was established in 1983 to support the hospital, raise awareness about our work, and manage and distribute funds to its premier pediatric services and programs.

Emma Gehring, the daughter of Brent and Kathryn (Alt) Gehring, and little sister of Aiden, was recently diagnosed with a formidable brain tumor. A student of Brent’s coined the phrase, “stay Emma Strong”, and it has caught fire on Twitter as #EmmaStrong. This site has been created to help raise funds for the Gehring family as they set out on Emma’s journey. All donations go directly to the Emma Gehring Charitable Donation Account and will be used to help the raise funds for the battle against Pediatric Brain Tumors.

Welcome to Lolo’s Angels. Lolo’s Angels, Inc.’s mission is to fund life-saving research for pediatric Acute Myelocytic Leukemia (AML), sponsor blood and bone marrow drives, and raise awareness for pediatric cancer.


This site is dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancer. Molly’s Miracle Makers are a small group of volunteers inspired by the courage and love of a little girl named Molly. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of children who suffer from things children should never have to think about.

Nebraska Coalition To End Childhood Cancer exists to raise awareness about childhood cancer, provide support for the patients, families, and medical professionals who are fighting the disease, and ultimately defeat it entirely.


operation super jack

Operation Super Jack has partnered with Children's Hospital and Medical Center to establish a safe zone in the Omaha Metro that will provide specialized urgent care treatment to all children with compromised immune systems; not only those with cancer but those who have had organ transplants, genetic disorders, or an array of illnesses which weaken their immune systems.


Our mission is to reduce the financial burden placed on families diagnosed with pediatric cancer and to advocate for a cure through awareness, education and action. Sammy's Superheroes Foundation's mission is to raise awareness and fund life-saving research for all types of childhood cancer. We are paving the road to a cure!

shootout for cancer

Shootout For Cancer is a charity golf tournament, hosted by Northwestern Mutual, at Champions Run Golf Course. Proceeds from this tournament benefit childhood cancer research and family support.

Special Spaces is a Not-For-Profit 501(C)(3) organization creating dream bedrooms for children with life-threatening illnesses. We Change Lives: We create dream bedroom makeovers for dependent children ages 2-19 with documented life-threatening illnesses of cancer, heart conditions, brain tumors and organ transplants.
We Create Dream Bedrooms: We only do bedrooms. Bedrooms where children sleep, but also rest, play, and spend time away from the challenges of their illness—a place where they can heal.


The Team Jack Foundation's mission is to raise money to fund impactful pediatric brain cancer research and work to create national awareness for the disease. With an overall survival rate of just around 70%, there is a lot of work that needs to be done in this area. The diseases that we as a society spend resources on ultimately see improved treatments and survival rates. It is time that pediatric brain cancer becomes a member of that community.


The Cure Starts Now represents something truly different – a grassroots effort dedicated to, not just fighting one cancer, but the elimination of all cancers. We believe as the experts do; that in order to truly cure cancer you have to focus on: Those cancers that are immune to conventional treatments, Those cancers for which there are no treatments, Those cancers that affect children, and those cancers that are the biggest bullies. We call this the Homerun Cure.
